About Me


I bring more that 10 years of experience counseling individuals, couples and families to my practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I hold a Masters degree in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and have many years of work and real life experience as a teacher and public relations consultant. My ongoing training and commitment to my own personal journey, inform the counseling relationship I am able to create with clients whether you are coming as an individual, couple or family.

I see my role as a witness to a unique story. I act as guide and support to assist people expand their sense of self by acknowledging that they are on a healing journey not a “fix it” journey. Since sometimes this work can be difficult and painful, I infuse it with humor and compassion and encourage clients to do the same.
